Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email or by using the online form below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that is proportionate to what has already been provided by the time you told us about your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

• Digital content that is not on a physical medium (for example Model Starter): the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to provide the content, after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
• Services (for example Portfolio Check): the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully provided, if we began after you expressly asked us to start during the withdrawal period and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided.
• Agency Ready is a 30-day program. If you withdraw during the withdrawal period after you asked us to start, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided until then, as described above.

We ask for these agreements and confirmations at checkout, before you pay. Your right of withdrawal only ends early if you gave them.
