We offer education, preparation and assessment for people interested in modeling:

• Free content: the Model Potential Quiz, the personal report and the Free Model Guide.
• Portfolio Check: an automated (AI-based) assessment of the photos you upload.
• Model Starter: a self-paced digital educational program.
• Agency Ready: a 30-day guided implementation program delivered digitally. It includes access to Model Starter and one Portfolio Check.
• Portfolio Build, 1:1 Coaching and Private Mentorship: personal services that start with an application and are agreed individually. For these, we send you the scope, price and any additional terms before you pay.

Model Method is not a modeling agency. We do not place, represent or sign models, and we do not promise agency acceptance, bookings or any particular result. Assessments, scores and recommendations describe the material you submit and your preparation. They are guidance, not a prediction and not a judgment of appearance.

Accounts, photo uploads and paid products are for people aged 18 or over. The free quiz and the free guide are for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 16, please do not enter your email address on our website.

Listing a product on the website is not a binding offer. You make an offer to buy by completing checkout and confirming the purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or give you access to the product, whichever happens first. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros and are the final prices for consumers ([VAT ID (USt-IdNr.), or: Small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT shown]). Access is granted after your payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.

Our paid products are delivered digitally. Portfolio Check is delivered in your account, usually within minutes after you upload your photos. Model Starter is available in your account right after payment. Agency Ready starts in your account after payment and runs as a structured 30-day plan you complete at your own pace. You need a device with an internet connection and a current browser.

• You may only upload photos you own or have the right to use, and that show only you or people who have agreed to be shown.
• Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or photos of anyone under 18.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You give us the right to store and process them only as needed to provide the service you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You can delete your assessments and photos in your account at any time.

Portfolio Check uses an AI model to analyse your photos. Results can contain mistakes and reflect general good practice, not a guarantee. Please use your own judgment, and do not treat the result as a professional or agency opinion.

Our courses, guides, reports and templates are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own purposes. Please do not copy, resell or share them or your access.

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, including when the right expires for digital content and services, are in our withdrawal information.

If a technical error stops us from delivering what you bought, tell us at [Contact email, e.g. hello@modelmethodic.com]. We will fix it or, if that is not possible, refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you can regularly rely), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights.

You can stop using your account at any time and ask us to delete it. We may block accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms for good reason, for example when the law or our products change. Changes never affect products you have already bought.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this only applies as far as it does not take away mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
